- Information you give us when you request a quote: your name, phone number, ZIP code, preferred and backup days, time of day, the items you need removed, notes, and any photos you upload.
- Information collected automatically when you visit: the pages you view, your browser and device type, the page or ad that brought you here, and cookies or similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request, schedule and confirm your pickup, and provide our service.
- To call or text you about your request, including quotes, scheduling, and reminders.
- To send occasional offers by text, only if you checked the box to receive them.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
Text messages (SMS)
By providing your phone number on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from County Junk Removal about your request, such as quotes, scheduling, and reminders. If you check the optional box, you also agree to receive occasional promotional offers. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta processes this information under its own Data Policy.
